Pastry Chef

Orange Hill Restaurant is a renowned upscale dining establishment seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and plating desserts according to established recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed, ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
• Develop and implement creative dessert menus, showcasing your culinary expertise and artistic flair

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Cook is required, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment, with a focus on pastry arts
