Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Sales Consultant to join our team at Advanced Network Management Inc. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, and we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, technical teams, and other sales professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to remain competitive and provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a similar role within a consulting firm or technology company.
  • Skills: Proven sales ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $90,000 per year, with a commission structure that provides significant earning potential.
