The Customer Experience Lead is a vital member of the Customer Experience Team at Global Data Systems.
As an expert in relationship management, this role is responsible for helping GDS improve processes and create a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Account Managers (AMs) during renewals and new business opportunities
- Collaborating with AMs and clients to identify key performance indicators and ensure customers are achieving their goals
- Monitoring and tracking desired outcomes established by the Customer Experience Team and interpreting data for multiple clients
- Coordinating with technical and support team members to review data and identify customer-centric solutions
- Building informative and engaging presentation decks, reports, and other artifacts for clients
Requirements include an Associate's Degree (or 2+ years of equivalent training) in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field, as well as solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels, and proficiency in MS Office and other customer services software.
