Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join a school district in Texas. This full-time position requires a valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a petitive salary of $ 75,000 per year, with guaranteed work hours and payment for direct and indirect services rendered. Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits are also available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Texas State SLP License
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
