Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate applicator machinery to inject approved materials on designated fields while ensuring environmental compliance.
  • Adhere to and mark buffered zones on permitted fields prior to application.
  • Collect soil samples and arrange for soil analysis before transitioning to new fields.
  • Document and deduct loads applied in the field log after each application.
  • Implement best management practices during application to respect landowner property.
  • Monitor land usage effectively.
  • Check frac tank levels and report findings to the supervisor daily.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including Field Logs, DVIRs, Environmental Logs, etc.
  • Review all paperwork submitted to corporate, ensuring completeness, signatures, dates, and accuracy.
  • Inspect and maintain all operational equipment in the field.
  • Stay informed about equipment malfunctions and necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure safe operation of all equipment.
  • Complete daily Gator DVIR accurately.
  • Follow the Terragator PM Schedule for servicing and greasing all fittings.
  • Keep the Area Manager informed of any equipment issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by wearing appropriate PPE during operations.
  • Report any spills to management immediately.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred experience in a similar role.
  • Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs or more.
