Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at inSync Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL and NCCCO certification, with a strong background in operating boom trucks and cranes. The role will involve delivering and setting up telecommunications equipment at various locations, often working as part of a two-truck team. When not on lift work, the driver will be required to make deliveries using a pickup, semi, or box truck. The successful candidate will have a clean driving record, be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check, and a 10-panel drug screening. Pay is $35-$40 per hour, with opportunities for higher rates based on experience and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up telecommunications equipment at various locations
- Operate boom trucks and cranes to lift and place equipment
- Make deliveries using a pickup, semi, or box truck when not on lift work
- Work as part of a two-truck team
- Pass a 7-year criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening
