  • Reference Assistance: Provide research support and reference services to library users, helping them utilize library resources effectively.
  • Collection Organization: Ensure library collections are well-maintained and materials are easily accessible to users.
  • Exhibit Preparation: Assist in the development and arrangement of library exhibits to showcase collections.
  • Interlibrary Loan Management: Process and track interlibrary loan requests, ensuring timely handling of materials.
  • Digital Project Assistance: Support digital initiatives, including the digitization of materials for online access.
  • Community Outreach: Engage in outreach efforts, including conducting workshops and instructional sessions for library patrons.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of library technologies.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a library environment.
  • Skills:

    • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and library management software.
    • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
