Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified Management Analyst to join our Electro-Optic Technology Division, which is pivotal in delivering programmatic and life cycle logistics support for various Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) initiatives.
This division provides comprehensive life cycle support for military and national security EO/IR and laser systems, serving multiple branches including the Navy, USMC, Air Force, and SOCOM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide detailed programmatic support for EO/IR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to military standards.
2. Collect, review, and analyze data to evaluate program performance, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
3. Identify the nature and scope of issues affecting EO/IR systems, utilizing analytical techniques to uncover root causes.
4. Develop and recommend actionable strategies to address identified challenges, improving program efficiency.
5. Compile and present findings and recommendations to government stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting ACAT I, II, or III programs as a Program Analyst.
- Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Proficient in Earned Value Management, resource management, and risk analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a business-related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Earned Value Management, resource management, and risk analysis.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 10 years in guiding teams in the preparation of program acquisition documentation and presentation materials.
