Join Our Team as a Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work variable hours per week. You will be trained and developed to provide high-quality services to our clients, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families
  • Work with children to help them learn and grow, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including parents, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and autism support
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with at least one completed college course, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health or education setting
  • Availability to work variable hours per week, including afternoons and evenings
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • Background check
