Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality clinical supervision to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings, and funding sources.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to develop and evaluate individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to teachers, technicians, parents, and/or others utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST).
  • Collaborate with school personnel to conduct student observations, provide written programming and/or behavioral recommendations, and implement training as necessary.
  • Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in behavioral therapy or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
