Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will work with children affected by autism and their families, providing in-home behavioral intervention and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention and support to children affected by autism and their families in a home-based setting

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive behavior change

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services provided

Requirements

• High school diploma with at least one completed college course or equivalent

• Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting

• Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
