About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Litigation Case Manager to join our litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the preparation and presentation of cases before federal and state courts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the evaluation and management of cases from start to finish, including case assessment, document review, and court filing procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for trial preparation, including organizing and maintaining case files, managing witness schedules, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
  • Provide support for senior attorneys and partners in all aspects of case development, including deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and courtroom technology.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting, with a strong background in trial preparation and court procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of court rules and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
