Position Overview:

The Project Scheduling Specialist will take charge of formulating, refining, and maintaining project timelines, while also offering leadership and support to team members. This position is vital in guaranteeing the successful execution of projects at Shaw Construction.

Key Duties:

  • Develop intricate construction timelines for various projects
  • Assess project status and provide constructive feedback to teams
  • Modify schedules in response to market and regional dynamics
  • Conduct critical path assessments and assist teams with scheduling challenges
  • Create and present training programs on CPM planning and scheduling
  • Generate monthly reports to monitor schedule advancements
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve scheduling issues
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a four-year degree and at least five years of experience in building construction. A solid understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and scheduling software is essential. Strong communication and leadership abilities are also crucial for success in this position.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary Structure: Annual
  • Salary Range: $105,000 to $160,000
