Job Title: Bilingual Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales results, meeting individual and branch goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Present financial solutions, including loans and insurance products, to meet customer goals
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to manage the loan life cycle
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Ability to travel locally for business development purposes
Preferred Requirements:
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $18.00-$22.00
