About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and sell financial products, including loans and insurance, to meet customer goals and objectives.
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow sales.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual - Spanish language proficiency required.
  • Ability to travel locally for business development purposes.
Preferred Requirements
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
