About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional results by meeting individual and branch sales goals, as well as exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals, including debt consolidation, home and auto repairs, and medical procedures
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide customers with the best possible financial solutions
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel locally for business development purposes
  • Bilingual - Spanish

Preferred Requirements

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience

What We Offer

As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain Financial, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $18.00-$22.00, based on skills and work experience. You'll also be eligible for a comprehensive additional compensation program that rewards individual and company performance.
