Fox Rehabilitation is seeking top-caliber physical therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for recent graduates who wish to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards.

Job Description

The Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is thoughtfully designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a structured six-month program for entry-level Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy practitioners. As a member of our team, you will be part of a well-established program that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Mentor Program Highlights:

  • Gradual progression of patient care over the first two months
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
