Adecco is currently looking for a Production Finishing Specialist for a local medical manufacturing company. The Production Finishing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that components meet aesthetic standards and specifications. This position requires the operation of machinery, upkeep of process equipment, and a commitment to producing high-quality output.

Shift Details: 2:54pm-11:06pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain cleaning stations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Uphold 5S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure production of parts with zero defects.
  • Interpret technical drawings and adhere to work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Skilled in metal finishing and operation of production machinery.
  • Familiarity with chemicals utilized in the manufacturing process.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Compensation Details: $18.50 per hour
