Fabric Cutter

Job Summary: Leaders Furniture is a 53-year-old, financially stable, multi-branch retail and wholesale furniture company seeking a strong, self-motivated Fabric Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in meeting our production schedule and customers' expectations of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay out fabric, place markers, cut patterns, and accurately pair the cut patterns with their serial tag.
• Work in an automated operation that starts the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Fabric cutting experience - Minimum of 2 years
• CNC experience (preferred)
• A positive "Can Do" attitude
• Ability to be focused on maintaining our 99% customer satisfaction rating
• Great listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Bring a fun and positive energy to the team
• Work well in a team environment
• Motivation to excel
• Proficiency with a computer
• A willingness to learn other positions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Morgan Technical, Gerber, Eastman, Lectra, or Bullmer systems
