Qualifications for Success:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle all incoming retention calls.
  • Maintain daily departmental close ratios.
  • Utilize all relevant systems to provide excellent service.
  • Offer alternative payment methods to members when necessary.
  • Identify and leverage referral opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve policyholder issues to prevent escalation.
  • Document data and pertinent information in the call center database.
  • Recognize opportunities to transfer clients to licensed sales agents for additional benefits.
