Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to model and lead a customer-first selling culture, assess business trends, and foster a culture of diversity and belonging. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors.
  • Analyze business trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team that aligns with our company values.
  • Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and awareness.
  • Plan and execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
  • Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
  • Minimum Age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
