We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Team Lead to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing patient assignments and flow within the clinic. Job Description:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a valid nursing license in the state of New Hampshire or Vermont, and a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. They will also have experience in patient care management, staff supervision, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assigns staff to patients per current clinic workload
- Considers acuity, staff experience and competency, learning needs and patient acuity/complexity when considering assignments
- Participates in performance management of staff members to include coaching, preparation of performance evaluations, and the performance management process
- Facilitates orientation and training for employees
- Serves as liaison with other persons/departments/clinics concerning services offered by the office
