Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join our team at FGF Brands.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance activities, ensuring a safe work environment, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and prioritizing tasks
- Scheduling team members and managing workloads
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with production leadership to streamline processes
- Managing inventory and PM schedules
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of food manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership position
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise skilled workers and manage multiple projects simultaneously
