As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of property staff.
- Finance Management: Prepare, execute, and own the property's operational budget, utilizing online accounting systems like Yardi to generate and review reports.
- Property Management: Ensure budgeted occupancy levels and rental rates are met, conduct property inspections, and maintain a collaborative working relationship with on-site staff.
- Sales & Marketing: Execute marketing programs, represent the property accurately on marketing assets, and increase resident satisfaction through lease renewal strategies.
- Customer Service: Serve as a Fairfield ambassador, effectively managing resident concerns, and increasing resident retention.
- 3+ years of hands-on property management experience, with a focus on multifamily properties.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and property management accounting software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license required.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year.
