Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and support to our real estate investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, transactions, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and financing
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Foster strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
* Support the company's growth by facilitating efficient, legally sound transactions

Requirements:

* 10+ years of relevant legal experience
* Experience with real estate law, transactions, and risk management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
