Mission

As the Director of Asset Management at Spartan, you will be located at our corporate headquarters in Golden, Colorado. The primary mission of this role is to oversee the flow of critical data and information across the organization to optimize asset performance. You will drive key operational decisions, ensure the company’s assets align with strategic goals, foster a culture of accuracy, performance, cross-functional collaboration to maximize investment potential and returns to investors. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 10 to 15+ years in real estate asset management or related fields, ideally in self-storage or CRE.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the self-storage, CRE, debt, equity, and investment sectors.
