Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Center Oversight:

  • Manage the daily functions of the leasing call center, ensuring all leasing inquiries and leads are processed efficiently.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance lead conversion rates and achieve leasing goals.
  • Track call center performance metrics, providing regular updates to upper management.

2. Leasing Assistance:

  • Support all leasing processes, including property showings, application processing, and ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants, emphasizing key features and advantages to facilitate leasing.
  • Initiate tenant retention programs, including organizing community events and managing lease renewals.

3. Customer Relations:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents.
  • Ensure that all prospective tenants receive outstanding service throughout the leasing journey.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants, including social media campaigns and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with management and the marketing team to synchronize leasing strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of all advertisements across various platforms.

5. Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise leasing records, process rental applications, and aid in the preparation of leasing reports.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on a weekly, daily, and monthly basis.
  • Review phone call recordings to uphold quality standards.

6. Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Guarantee adherence to all leasing and fair housing regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them to improve call center productivity.

7. Leadership and Development:

  • Guide, train, and mentor a team of leasing agents, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge necessary for optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that inspires the team to reach their objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in leasing or property management, with at least 3-5 years in call center management and leasing roles. A minimum of 3 years as a Regional Manager in Multifamily is preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with YARDI property management software is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Customer Service: Proven capability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

  • Location: La Palma, CA
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours as required.
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
