Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst II

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst II to join our team at Intelliswift Software. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating weekly purchase order releases, reviewing inbound freight information, and updating allocation of total supply amongst different demand channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze inbound freight information to ensure accurate receipt of supply at different DCs
  • Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Update allocation of total supply amongst different demand channels based on inbound freight reports and supply projection models
  • Coordinate uploading allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key partners, including supply planners, freight teams, and procurement teams
  • Document and help streamline existing processes

Requirements:

  • General supply chain experience, particularly in inventory management
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to slice and dice data and make inferences and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple partners
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role or function
