In 2018, we introduced our Unified Care initiative to tackle the challenges associated with chronic disease management. Our Unified Care specialists assist patients remotely between medical visits through remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM), aiming for improved health outcomes.
In November 2021, our COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test received Emergency Use Authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for over-the-counter distribution. Since then, we have emerged as a key provider of at-home COVID tests to various governmental and non-governmental entities, as well as individual consumers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
- Oversee documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate on inventory oversight, including stock rotation and order fulfillment.
- Maintain systematic records and transactions while preparing reports.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams for efficient coordination.
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance across multiple departments.
- Perform additional general supply chain and office operations tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
- Experience with import and export customs clearance is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a readiness to embrace new challenges.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is required.
