About the Service Advisor Role

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Mechanicsburg is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with clients who have questions or need to schedule service appointments. When clients drop off their vehicles, you will greet them and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns.

You will act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and obtaining authorization to perform repairs. You will provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts, and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field phone calls from clients and schedule service appointments
  • Interact with clients who drop off their vehicles, ensuring accurate descriptions of their concerns
  • Act as liaison between Service Technicians and clients, explaining recommended work and obtaining authorization for repairs
  • Provide accurate estimates on labor and parts, and ensure correct billing
