Job Title: IT Help Desk Manager

SAFENET SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for managing the performance, productivity, and technical standards of our Help Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Help Desk team to ensure exceptional network and systems solutions are delivered to our clients.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design, build, and manage help desk implementations.
  • Prepare technical system operation reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Plan, implement, and review processes for new technologies to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Help Desk role.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Superior analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical background with ability to communicate to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to lead and inspire team members.
  • Ability to pick up new technology quickly with minimal guidance.
