We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our clinical teams in providing exceptional in-home primary care to Medicare patients. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for setting an example for thoughtful in-home primary care, serving as a mentor, coach, and advisor to our providers, and leading strategic initiatives to drive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead clinical teams in providing high-quality patient care and a great place to work
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager dyad partner to achieve clinical and operational goals
- Provide guidance and support to providers on clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Drive teams towards achievement of metrics and quality projects
- BC/ Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- 3+ years of experience in outpatient practice preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics or other professional degrees welcomed but not required
- Experience in clinical leadership roles, leading and coaching providers
- Metrics-driven approach to medical care and quality projects
