• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Preparation of billing, titles, tags, and related documentation.

• Handling tax preparation and submission of government forms.

Essential Skills:


• Experience in billing and title processing is preferred.

• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Payable/Receivable within a dealership environment.

• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational abilities are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or equivalent software is expected, and knowledge of additional accounting software is valued.
