About the Role
At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide individualized services to children with autism in a 1:1 teaching format. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients, and maintaining ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and plan of care.

This position will support clients in the Murray, KY area.

About the Job Description
The ABA Therapist will have the following responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in a home, school, clinic, and/or community setting
  • Implement behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles as directed by BCBAs
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and plan of care
  • Complete session notes and timesheets per company protocols

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid training, certification, and test-prep programs, as well as up to 90% off higher education and test preparation for employees and their families.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred
  • Ability to acquire RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification within 45 days of hire date, with training provided by Surpass Behavioral Health.
  • Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus
