About the Role

SWBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Facilitator. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training initiatives that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Design and Development: Design and develop training materials and initiatives that align with our corporate goals and objectives.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop solutions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees across all departments and divisions, using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training curriculum development.
  • Project Management: Assist in evaluating and prioritizing development projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Instructional Design: Create storyboards, scripts, class content, and other training materials using sound instructional design theory.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance testing on all class and training materials created, including piloting, validating, and evaluating programs.
  • Training Evaluation: Create and deliver multilevel pre- and post-training surveys to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate New Hire Orientation for new employees hired throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of facilitation, adult learning, and/or corporate training experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and oral, written, interpersonal, and influential communication skills. Strong presentation/delivery skills. Ability to multi-task and work at both strategic and tactical levels.
