The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and the opportunity to advance to the Agency Director role as you master the skills needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Lead a small team to achieve sales goals and develop their skills
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and process
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
