Position Overview:

We are seeking natural leaders with a passion for helping others to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Team Leaders. This role is perfect for individuals who may not have prior sales experience but have strong leadership qualities and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of agents by providing guidance, support, and motivation, helping them achieve their sales goals.
  • Participate in and deliver training sessions designed to build your sales skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where agents feel valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Learn how to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored life insurance solutions.
  • Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to grow both your sales expertise and leadership potential.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all client and team interactions, serving as a role model within the agency.
