Job Summary:

As a Casino Services Representative with Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Your primary focus will be on consistently demonstrating superior service skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, flawless service to our guests, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our Caesars Rewards programs and promote them to our guests.
• Operate assigned windows, including currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, redemption of chips, gaming vouchers, coupons, and comps.
• Verify assigned funds at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accountability of all transactions through verification and documentation of exchanges.
• Perform cash advance and check cashing transactions, as well as customer deposit transactions.
• Participate in the supervision, operation, and/or support of our multi-casino Bad Beat system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills.
