Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, patient-centeredness, timeliness, efficiency, and equity.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, synthesizing subjective and objective data to inform nursing decisions.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, escalating critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and standards of practice.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse Texas License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Associate's degree in nursing, or diploma from an accredited nursing school.
