Job Overview:
Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a skilled engineer to join our team as an Onsite Avionics System Integration Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in systems development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Avionics System Integration Engineer, your primary duties will include:
1. Designing, coding, testing, integrating, and documenting production test software for aviation products.
2. Creating test hardware, including fixtures, cabling, and circuit cards.
3. Developing engineering estimates for complex tasks.
4. Capturing, analyzing, and creating engineering requirements for intricate designs.
5. Leading test software design reviews and ensuring proper documentation is generated.
6. Preparing and presenting technical information to peers, management, and clients.
7. Mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience. Alternatively, 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.

Education:
Education is generally acquired through advanced studies (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).
