Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Oakmont Senior Living. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments, public areas, and common spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, public areas, and common spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Complete laundry and ironing tasks for residents and the community, as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services and maintain a positive working relationship with the team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents, staff, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
