  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathroom facilities.
  • Restocking useable items in guest rooms, such as soap, towels, and paper products.
  • Notifying supervisors of any special guest room or suite issues, including maintenance needs.
  • Promptly handling guest complaints or requests and referring to supervisors if unable to handle.
  • Ensuring all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving.
  • Communicating clean status of each room upon completion.
  • Handling chemicals and equipment as trained and according to label directions.
  • Operating and maneuvering housekeeping carts.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • No experience necessary, training will be provided.
  • Basic English skills required.
  • Ability to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
