We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and provide guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
- Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
- Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional member service.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
