KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Rooms Inspector plays a crucial role in overseeing the sanitation of guest rooms and public areas, while also ensuring guest satisfaction through the courteous service provided by the Housekeeping team. Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces, adhering to the labor and budgetary guidelines established by LBA Hospitality.
  • Engaging in physical activities such as standing, lifting, bending, and communicating effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor, demonstrating trustworthiness and integrity at all times.
  • Understanding and executing both verbal and written instructions efficiently.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of:
  • Proper handling procedures for linens, towels, and other supplies.
  • Sanitation practices for supplies, guest rooms, and public areas.
  • Guestroom cleaning protocols and safety measures.
  • Supervisory techniques for managing and guiding staff.
  • Materials and equipment utilized within the housekeeping department.
Skills:
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Organizing and maintaining logs, checklists, and inventories.
  • Ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality.
  • Addressing guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitable attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while maintaining a professional appearance. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is necessary.
