Compensation:

$60,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, and legal briefs.
  • Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating client meetings, and conducting research on relevant legal articles.
  • Manage law office activities, including drafting subpoenas and liaising with process servers.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents.
  • Conduct client interviews to gather pertinent information regarding legal matters.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with a paralegal professional certification or advanced education in paralegal studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal environment under the supervision of an attorney.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience as a paralegal, particularly in Family Law, including proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Discovery processes.
  • Experience in drafting and managing documents related to Real Estate transactions.
