Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client relationships, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications.
  • Operate a multiple-line telephone system, answering calls, and transferring clients to the appropriate staff member.
  • Process client payments, handle client complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure accurate and informed client communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve knowledge and skills in client service, veterinary care, and hospital operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
