We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at St. David's Medical Center. As a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- 1 year of critical care and/or Cath Lab experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3 years of critical care experience – preferred
- 1 year of diagnostic or interventional Cath Lab experience – preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
