We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Mathnasium Instructor to join our team. As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium method
  • Provide exceptional customer service through an expert approach that attends to each individual student's needs
  • Build students' confidence and self-esteem through successful encounters and interactions with carefully selected materials
  • Work as part of a team and operate in a team teaching environment where collaboration and communication ensure all student needs are addressed
Requirements:
  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6-10 hours spread across at least two shifts during the week and a weekend
