Travel Nursing Opportunity for Dialysis RNs in Washington

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team on a travel assignment in Bremerton, WA. As a travel nurse with Host Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying excellent compensation and benefits.
Job SummaryThis 13-week contract requires a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide dialysis care to patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality dialysis care to patients according to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
