Job Summary
This exciting travel nursing opportunity involves working in a dynamic dialysis clinic setting, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vascular access management, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
